 Igor joined in December 2000 in a £150,000 switch from
Slovan Bratislava. Very quick and skilful, he impressed during a brief trial
period with The Baggies. despite the language barrier being as much an obstacle
to him getting a regular start in the side as anything – on a couple of
occasions he seems to have missed the 'out' call from defence and left the
opposition on-side. s |
